Yoga is a private limited company registered in Estonia. We have sales offices in the USA, United Arab Emirates and in India. Yoga is a technology providing company and from the beginning of 2010 our focus is on step-by-step expansion of our sales activities towards global markets.  

The company has an ambitious, experienced and hard-working management team which includes the founders Mr. Priit Vimberg and Mr. Raivo Raestik, the main originators and developers of the concept, who have been working on the project for more than nine years.

The primary founder and CEO, Mr. Priit Vimberg has a long background in industrial control systems, international business and entrepreneurship. He studied NC and CNC programming, supported those skills later with an Executive MBA and has been an active entrepreneur for years.

Mr. Raivo Raestik, CTO, has advanced knowledge in telecommunications. He has a diploma in telecommunications and before starting his own business worked for years in a leading Estonian telecommunications company.

Rombout Van Kuijk, COO, has an extensive experience in building up international businesses from the long term commitment with well known international hotel group.

The total team includes a core development team, which consists of highly skilled electronics and software system architects and programmers who come from different backgrounds. The team has expertise in various areas of information technology needed to create a multifunctional product that is extremely intelligent and user friendly at the same time. This combination of skills and experience creates a solid base and ideal team for developing a fully integrated complete intelligent building system. As the company is approaching to the stage of active sales, the sales and support team is also being composed.
