Yoga LLC's roots go back to 1997, when Priit Vimberg, a rookie entrepreneur, decided to start importing vending machines from Finland to Estonia. At that time only 22 years old, he tried to convince Finns that vending machines should be connected to the Internet. This would provide the opportunity to monitor consumption and determine quickly when the machines needed to be refilled. Vimberg’s Finnish partners thought this situation was a utopia.

Yoga began at a time when the functioning of vending machines was connected with mobile phones. Priit Vimberg met Raivo Raestik, and together they started to develop a system which allowed them to purchase different products from vending machines with a phone call or SMS. This was the start of a long and complicated journey.
This vending machine m-usage issue was the starting point of what Yoga offers today. It made no difference which devices were controlled and monitored through the Internet or a mobile phone.

After 10 years of product development through ups and downs Yoga Intelligent Building (Yoga IB) was launched and is proving itself to be a highly competitive solution with big potential to remarkably decrease the buildings' energy consumption and increase the comfort and security of the inhabitants.
